The bustling streets of Rhuuma are crowded at all hours of the day, with pedestrians and their pet monsters filling the sidewalks as a slow-moving river of electric cars dominates the streets. From every side, neon-lit storefronts beckon to passers-by, promising cheap food, exciting entertainment, and the latest tech devices. The low murmur of a hundred different conversations fills the air, providing countless distractions to lure a monster's attentions.
Rules: Upon joining a thread in this location, make a Mischief Check for each of your monsters. On a failure, that monsters becomes distracted and acts out in some way (of your choice) within your next three posts.
Rules: Because of the thick crowds, any characters making Stealth Skill Rolls in this location improve their Success Values by 2.
